The RAMCard from Microsoft was an expansion card for the Apple II that expanded the Apple's capability with 16K RAM, converting it from a 48K system to a 64K system.

The RAMCard was an accessory for Microsoft's SoftCard, a plug-in Apple II processor card developed by Microsoft to turn the computer into a CP/M system based upon the Zilog Z80 CPU.
